Building Excellence

This year, High Construction continued to deliver exceptional projects that showcase our expertise and commitment to quality. Highlights include:

• Warehouse #424 & Kettle & Fire Fitout
  Originally designed as a speculative warehouse for High Associates, Warehouse 424 evolved into a dynamic multi-tenant space. Prior to completion, High Associates secured two major tenants—AmsOil and Kettle & Fire—requiring extensive fitout work.
• AmsOil: Completed in September 2024, this space includes shipping and receiving areas, warehouse racking, offices, and employee amenities.
• Kettle & Fire: A large-scale fitout featuring cooler and freezer space, production equipment, automated packaging, R&D labs, and corporate offices. Construction began in June 2024 and continued through 2025 to accommodate ongoing enhancements.
• TownePlace Suites & Fairfield Inn
  We proudly completed a four-story, wood-framed hotel featuring 145 guest rooms, a pool, spacious breakfast area, bar, and state-of-the-art fitness center. This modern property offers guests a comfortable and luxurious experience, blending functionality with style.
• Hilton Garden Inn – Media, PA
  This 67,000 SF, four-story hotel for Middletown Hospitality Group presented unique challenges, including weather delays and complex site conditions. Despite these hurdles, our team worked tirelessly through winter and summer to deliver a stunning exterior featuring EIFS, stone veneer, and cementitious siding, meeting the owner’s paving and landscaping goals.

Strengthening our Team

At High Construction, we know that our success starts with our people. This year, we continued to invest in employee engagement and well-being through initiatives that foster collaboration, health, and professional growth, including Spirit Week, our company hike, the annual Turkey Trot, and our company picnic. These events reflect our commitment to creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and connected.

Giving Back to the Community

Community impact remains at the heart of what we do. In 2025, we proudly hosted our annual charity golf outing at Hershey Country Club, raising $60,000 for the Lancaster County Food Hub. Since the event’s inception, we’ve raised nearly $600,000 for charitable organizations.

Beyond the golf outing, our team volunteered time and skills to support local initiatives, including building a house for Lancaster Lebanon Habitat for Humanity and cleaning out the barn for the Lancaster Recreation Summer Camp. These efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to making a positive difference in the communities we serve.

Engaging the Next Generation

High Construction remains committed to supporting future leaders in the construction industry. In 2025, we connected with aspiring professionals through career fairs at Penn College of Technology, Millersville University, and other institutions, sharing insights and opportunities within our field.

We also continued to strengthen industry partnerships and leadership involvement, ensuring that education and real-world experience go hand in hand for the next generation of construction professionals.

Looking Ahead

In 2025 our mantra was believe | trust | care. Believe in what we're building together, trust the process that we're utilizing to get there, and then care - care about the quality of the buildings we build, care about the way our clients, the design professionals, and our trade partners experience us, but most importantly, care about each other. Building on that foundation and the good fortunes of a strong backlog heading into the New Year, we couldn't be more excited about 2026 and the opportunity it provides to continue building excellence, strengthening our team, giving back, and engaging the next generation.
